What we can't help with
- Medical advice. In an emergency, call 911. For advice from a nurse, call Health Link (811), HealthLink BC (811), Health Links – Info Santé (204-788-8200) and Health811 (811).
- Complaints about care or a hospital. Contact the hospital or its health system directly: Alberta Health Services, Halton Healthcare, London Health Sciences Centre, Vancouver Coastal Health, Providence Health Care, Provincial Health Services Authority, Fraser Health, Waterloo Regional Health Network, Brant Community Healthcare System, Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Niagara Health System, Hamilton Health Sciences, St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, Windsor Regional Hospital.
- Changing a wait time. The numbers come from the health system; we can't change them, only report what it publishes.
Medical emergency? Call 911 now.
Do not check wait times or drive yourself if you have chest pain, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding or trouble breathing. Paramedics can start treatment on the way to hospital.
