We check it every 5 minutes and show its own label for the number. How this page works
An estimate for someone arriving now, not a guaranteed wait. It is not the total time at the hospital. Sicker patients are seen first. How WRHA Urgent Care defines it
The colours are set by us, not by WRHA Urgent Care. Under 2 hours is the Canadian goal for even the least urgent patients. cihi.ca

Concordia Hospital is a hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Urgent care. This service is open 24 hours a day.
Concordia Hospital is a community hospital at 1095 Concordia Avenue in northeast Winnipeg, and an operating division of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. It began in 1928 as a small maternity hospital founded by the Mennonite Hospital Society, and is today Winnipeg's leading hip and knee surgery hospital, home to the Concordia Hip and Knee Institute. Its emergency department became an urgent care centre in 2019.
The Urgent Care department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for unexpected but non-life-threatening problems that need same-day treatment, such as fevers, flu symptoms, rashes or infections, dehydration, cuts that won't stop bleeding, or a limb that might be broken or sprained. Patients are seen by medical need, not order of arrival. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

WRHA Urgent Care publishes it as "Wait to see a physician, PA or NP": The time in hours between being registered and seeing a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Due to rapidly changing demands and the need to see the sickest patients first, WRHA notes that your own wait time may be more or less than the time displayed. We check it every 5 minutes. People with the most urgent needs are always seen first, so your own wait may be shorter or longer.

"Nearby urgent care wait times right now", at the end of this page, lists the nearest tracked sites with their current waits. These are the nearest facilities in our tracked dataset, not necessarily every local care option. A shorter estimate is not a recommendation to travel farther. If it is an emergency, call 911.
